LYDIA AINSWORTH - DARLING OF THE AFTERGLOW VINYL (LTD. ED. WHITE) LYDIA AINSWORTH

LIMITED EDITION WHITE VINYL

Release Date: 31st March 2017

The second record from the Toronto-based artist composer and producer Lydia Ainsworth whose 2014 debut LP Right From Real was critically-acclaimed and a favourite of ours. Released via Bella Union Darling Of The Afterglow sees Ainsworth stepping into poppier waters but still maintaining her interesting mix of other-worldly synthetic sounds plush classical settings and weird-gothic R&B influences. This is a richly imagined richly felt work of future-pop classicism for fans of Purity Ring Empress Of and Braids.
