Although the album was a surprise release in 2025, we couldn't not recognise this amazing album's physical release on vinyl. Katie Crutchfield (Waxahatchee) is musically reunited with her sister Allison (Swearin') for the first time on record since their earlier punk days with their band P.S Eliot. They are joined by a more recent collaborator of Katie's in MJ Lenderman, as well as, long-time producer Brad Cook. The album is a brilliant and breezy Southern indie-rock record in which all 4 members play and switch instruments to add to the effortless cool of the record. Capped!

'Somersaults' is the 3rd album from the London slowcore outfit and their biggest, most expressive and expansive yet! Off the back of singer Tiernan Banks' solo debut album 'The Ribbon Songs' last year, deathcrash has grown louder and prouder to use Banks' beautiful vocals more frequently and front-and-centre. They have become more comfortable with wearing their influences on their sleeve and incorporating bigger emo and indie-rock elements into their slowcore & post-rock sound. The results have us doing somersaults!
