RETURN POLICY
You can return or cancel an order within 14 days of receipt.
If you wish to cancel or return an order, you will need to notify us by email & wait for us to respond before you can return the items to us. We will then email you with return instructions and a unique return reference code.
Items returned to us must be in their original condition, un-opened and include any packaging originally included. All goods will be inspected upon return and only items in their original condition will be refunded. Others will be returned to the customer at the customers expense.
You will need to take care to ensure the items are not damaged in transit & that they are labelled clearly with the correct address & reference number that we provide you.
The cost of returns are at the customers expense. We recommend that customers send the return items via recorded/signed for delivery as we will not be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
The original postage cost on the order will not be refunded.
Please note, customer cancelations (or cancellations due to customer infringement) will be minus any fees incurred on the order as we are not refunded them from the individual companies who process payments.
IMPORTANT!
We do not accept returns due to superficial damage to the vinyl sleeve and inners. This includes: inner seam splits (not visible from the outside), very minor corner dings or creases, barely visible and light seam splits. Each one will be judged on a case by case basis. If there is any issue with the vinyl itself then that will of course be covered.
