The Brooklyn quartet produced one of the standout records of last year with their debut LP Masterpiece (which wasn't far off with that album name) and they're back in quick succession with Capacity. Recorded in a snowy winter nest in upstate New York the record picks up where Masterpiece left off - with country-tinged folk-indie-rock that's vividly emotional both musically and lyrically. Adrianne Lenker’s songs introduce us to a gallery of multifaceted women and deal with the complicated matters of identity — at once dangerous and curious though never unbelievable. This is music you don't just listen to this is music you feel! For fans of Angel Olsen Waxahatchee Mitski Land of Talk and Hop Along.
