After a 3 year wait for new material Beach House go and drop this - their 2nd LP of the year just 2 months after Depression Cherry and completely out of the blue. Thank Your Lucky Stars is a hark back to their more stripped-back guitar focused work but played under a darker moodier cloud. On the surface and due to the nature of its release the record seems understated but as is to be expected with Beach House the deeper you dive into these tracks the more they start to delve into your mind and before you know it - you're hooked!
