"Acid Mothers Temple & The Melting Paraiso U.F.O. or Acid Mothers Temple, are a Japanese psychedelic rock band, the core of which formed in 1995. The band is led by guitarist Kawabata Makoto. Kawabata initially formed Acid Mothers Temple with the intention of creating "extreme trip music", by editing and dubbing previous recordings, being influenced by progressive rock, Karlheinz Stockhausen, and krautrock. Paralyzed Genius Brain’s first pressing was for RSD 2023 and was an instant hit. The double opaque 2 orange vinyl, paired perfectly with original artwork by Carl Glover, Aleph Studio. Now comes the long anticipated repress, this time with transparent purple vinyl to help stay true to the style of the enigmatic sleeve. Limited to 500 copies."
