The London Ontario band's follow up to their relentless debut 2014 album Negative Qualities sees the band's preacher Drew Thomson tackling his problems full-on and without filter once more. Single Mothers' make nasty unrelenting punk-rock that packs a punch but offers enough poppy hooks to keep you coming back for more. Thomson might be thinking the band have changed somewhat with his witty line on 2nd track 'High Speed' when he yells "what ever happened to Single Mothers!?". But they are still likely to make you want to drink till you pass out and jump around like a madman until then. If you like the likes of The Bronx Dirty Dil and PUP then you're sure to love this band!
